1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Indemnification Agreement (“Terms”) govern access to and participation in Jay Bee Presents Suicide Karaoke™ (“Game”), including its websites, software, Host controls, participant features, song-selection features, dares, activities, Game Sessions, and related services.
The Game is provided by URSCENE Entertainment Group.
By creating an account, purchasing or reopening a Session, accessing a Session as a Host, joining as a participant, submitting a song or dare, or checking an “I Agree” box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not access or participate in the Game.
2. Entertainment Purposes Only
Jay Bee Presents Suicide Karaoke™ is provided for entertainment purposes only.
The Game and the Released Parties defined below do not provide medical, health, safety, alcohol, transportation, legal, or other professional advice.
Hosts and participants are responsible for determining whether they can safely participate in any activity associated with the Game.
3. Adult Use and Legal Drinking Age
Any person who chooses to consume alcohol while participating must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the Game is being played.
Nothing in the Game authorizes, facilitates, excuses, or condones underage possession or consumption of alcohol.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring that alcohol-related activities under their control are not knowingly offered to persons who cannot legally consume alcohol.
4. Alcohol Is Completely Optional
Alcohol consumption is NOT required to play Jay Bee Presents Suicide Karaoke™.
The Game can be played entirely without alcohol.
Participants may substitute water, soda, juice, mocktails, another non-alcoholic beverage, or no beverage at all.
No reference within the Game to a “drink,” “shot,” “penalty,” “dare,” “challenge,” or similar activity establishes a required amount, type, strength, serving size, or frequency of alcohol consumption.
Every participant may decline alcohol without being required to leave the Game.
5. URSCENE Entertainment Group Does Not Furnish Alcohol
URSCENE Entertainment Group, its affiliates, Jay Bee Presents, the creators and developers of Jay Bee Presents Suicide Karaoke™, and the other Released Parties do not manufacture, furnish, provide, sell, serve, distribute, purchase, deliver, sponsor, or otherwise supply alcoholic beverages through the Game.
Alcohol is not included with the purchase, licensing, subscription, reopening, or use of a Game Session.
Any alcohol present at an event is independently obtained, possessed, furnished, served, purchased, or consumed by the Host, venue, participants, or other third parties.
Any decision to include or consume alcohol is independently and voluntarily made by those persons and is not made on behalf of URSCENE Entertainment Group.
No Host, participant, venue, or other person may represent that alcohol was furnished, supplied, sponsored, or provided by URSCENE Entertainment Group merely because Jay Bee Presents Suicide Karaoke™ was being played.
6. No Encouragement of Alcohol Consumption or Intoxication
References to alcohol, drinks, drinking, dares, penalties, or similar activities within the Game do not constitute a requirement, recommendation, instruction, or encouragement by URSCENE Entertainment Group to consume alcohol.
The Game must not be interpreted as encouraging binge drinking, rapid consumption, drinking contests, drinking to intoxication, or attempting to match another person's alcohol consumption.
No Game result, score, dare, penalty, challenge, or competition is more important than a participant's health and safety.
7. Voluntary Participation and Absolute Right to Refuse
Participation is voluntary.
Every participant has the absolute right to decline, skip, stop, or withdraw from any song or performance, dare or challenge, drink or drinking activity, penalty, physical activity or contact, personal disclosure, or other Game activity.
No means no. Skip means skip. Stop means stop.
No Host, participant, Game rule, score, random selection, dare, penalty, or other Game mechanic may require a person to participate against their will.
No person may coerce, intimidate, shame, threaten, harass, or improperly pressure another participant into drinking or participating.
8. Host Responsibility and Duty to Intervene
The person organizing or operating a Game Session (“Host”) is independently responsible for the environment in which the Game is conducted and for reasonable supervision of the event.
The Host has both the authority and responsibility to override, cancel, skip, modify, replace, or stop any dare, challenge, penalty, drinking activity, or other Game action that the Host reasonably believes may be unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful.
This includes circumstances that may cause or contribute to physical injury, emotional harm, property damage, excessive alcohol consumption, intoxication, violation of consent, violation of applicable law, or another unreasonable risk.
A dare or activity appearing within or being selected by the Game does not override the Host's responsibility to exercise independent judgment.
9. Host Responsibility Regarding Alcohol
The Host acknowledges that URSCENE Entertainment Group does not furnish or supply alcohol.
If a Host independently chooses to make alcohol available, the Host is responsible for complying with applicable laws concerning possession, furnishing, service, and consumption.
The Host must override, modify, substitute, or stop an alcohol-related Game activity when continued alcohol consumption may reasonably become unsafe or inappropriate.
If a participant appears intoxicated, impaired, ill, unable to make safe decisions, unable to provide meaningful consent, or otherwise unable to continue safely, the Host must not use the Game to encourage that participant to consume additional alcohol.
A non-alcoholic alternative must always be permitted.
10. Dares and Participant-Generated Content
The Game may include dares, challenges, songs, instructions, or other content created, submitted, imported, modified, or selected by Hosts or participants.
URSCENE Entertainment Group cannot supervise or control all independently created or submitted content.
The person creating, submitting, importing, modifying, approving, or permitting such content is responsible for exercising reasonable judgment regarding its appropriateness.
Users must not knowingly use the Game to encourage activities involving dangerous physical acts, violence, weapons, illegal drugs, non-consensual sexual conduct, harassment, criminal activity, deliberate property damage, dangerous driving, or other conduct reasonably likely to cause harm.
11. Random Selection Is Not Safety Approval
A random participant, song, dare, challenge, or activity generated or displayed by the Game does not constitute a representation or determination by URSCENE Entertainment Group that the activity is safe or appropriate for a particular person or circumstance.
Software cannot evaluate every participant's physical condition, health, medications, intoxication level, environment, abilities, personal boundaries, venue, or surrounding circumstances.
Hosts and participants must exercise independent judgment.
12. Health and Medical Considerations
Participants are responsible for considering their individual health and circumstances before consuming alcohol or participating in an activity.
Relevant considerations may include medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, physical limitations, alcohol tolerance, previous alcohol consumption, and advice received from healthcare professionals.
The Game does not provide medical advice and cannot determine whether alcohol or an activity is safe for a particular person.
13. Responsible Consumption, Hydration, Food and Pacing
Any participant who independently chooses to consume alcohol agrees to do so responsibly.
Participants should know their limits, pace themselves, remain hydrated, eat appropriately, and stop consuming alcohol when appropriate.
A participant may switch to a non-alcoholic beverage or stop drinking at any time without leaving the Game.
14. Transportation and Impairment
Do not drink and drive.
A person who is impaired must not operate a motor vehicle, machinery, or engage in activities requiring unimpaired judgment.
Hosts and participants are responsible for making safe transportation decisions and arrangements, which may include a sober designated driver, rideshare, taxi, public transportation, or remaining at a safe location.
URSCENE Entertainment Group does not provide or supervise transportation associated with independently hosted Game Sessions.
15. Emergencies
Jay Bee Presents Suicide Karaoke™ is not an emergency service, medical service, or safety-monitoring system.
If a Host or participant reasonably believes someone is experiencing alcohol poisoning, loss of consciousness, difficulty breathing, serious injury, or another medical emergency, gameplay should stop and appropriate emergency medical assistance should be sought immediately.
Do not rely upon the Game, another round, food, water, coffee, or allowing a person to “sleep it off” as a substitute for appropriate emergency assistance.
16. Host Authority to Suspend or End Play
A Host may suspend or terminate an individual's participation or the entire Game Session whenever the Host reasonably determines continued participation could be unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate.
No score, rule, dare, penalty, payment, Game result, or other Game mechanic prevents a Host from stopping play for safety reasons.
17. Assumption of Risk
Hosts and participants understand that participation in social activities may involve risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Host and participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes risks associated with their participation and voluntary choices connected with the Game.
These may include risks associated with physical activities, slips and falls, singing or performance activities, interaction with others, emotional discomfort, property damage, voluntary alcohol consumption, impaired judgment, transportation decisions, participant-created activities, dares, and the actions of Hosts, participants, venues, or other third parties.
Each participant remains responsible for their own decisions and conduct before, during, and after participation.
18. Released Parties
For purposes of these Terms, “Released Parties” means:
URSCENE Entertainment Group; its affiliates; Jay Bee Presents; the creators, developers, designers, licensors, and operators of Jay Bee Presents Suicide Karaoke™; and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns.
19. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hosts and participants release and agree not to hold the Released Parties liable for claims, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, or expenses arising from or relating to participation in or misuse of the Game, including activities occurring before, during, or after a Game Session.
This includes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, claims arising from voluntary alcohol consumption, Host or participant conduct, transportation decisions, dares, physical activities, participant-generated content, third-party conduct, venues, equipment, or third-party services outside the direct control of the Released Parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, releases, or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, released, or limited.
20. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each Host agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from or related to the Host's misuse of the Game; violation of these Terms or applicable law; unlawful furnishing or service of alcohol; unsafe or unlawful activities created, permitted, or knowingly encouraged by the Host; Host-created or Host-approved content; conduct occurring at the Host's independently operated event; infringement or unlawful use of third-party content; or the Host's negligent, reckless, intentional, or unlawful acts or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants likewise agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from third-party claims arising from that participant's own unlawful, intentional, or unauthorized conduct or misuse of the Game.
21. Misuse and Abuse
The Released Parties are not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for consequences resulting from unauthorized, unlawful, reckless, intentional, unsafe, or otherwise improper misuse or abuse of the Game by Hosts, participants, venues, or third parties.
Purchasing or accessing the Game does not authorize conduct that would otherwise be unlawful.
22. Third-Party Karaoke, Media and Services
Jay Bee Presents Suicide Karaoke™ may be used alongside independently provided karaoke music, YouTube or other video services, streaming services, websites, locally stored media, equipment, internet services, venues, and other third-party products or services.
URSCENE Entertainment Group does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, conduct, licensing, safety, terms, or performance.
Hosts and users are responsible for complying with applicable copyright, licensing, subscription, public-performance, and other requirements governing content they independently select or use.
23. Technology and Availability
The Game is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
URSCENE Entertainment Group is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by internet connectivity, user devices, browsers, third-party services, hosting providers, electrical outages, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
24. Accounts, Credentials and Session Access
Hosts are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and controlling authorized access to their Game Sessions.
Users may not attempt to bypass authentication, payment requirements, Session expiration, access controls, licensing restrictions, or security mechanisms.
25. Participant Information and Privacy
Hosts and participants must use information obtained through the Game only for legitimate Game-related purposes and as otherwise permitted by applicable law and applicable privacy policies.
Users may not misuse another participant's name, contact information, submissions, or other information obtained through the Game.
26. Safe Play Standard
Every Host and participant agrees to:
Play voluntarily. Play responsibly. Know your limits. Respect other participants. Never pressure another person to drink or perform an activity. Stop any activity that appears unsafe.
Game mechanics never override a participant's right to refuse, the Host's responsibility to intervene when appropriate, or applicable law.
27. Compliance With Law
Hosts and participants are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, local, and other laws governing their activities.
Nothing in the Game overrides applicable law.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Where permitted, an invalid or unenforceable provision should be limited or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the agreement governing participation in and use of Jay Bee Presents Suicide Karaoke™, together with any additional policies expressly incorporated into these Terms.
30. Changes to These Terms
URSCENE Entertainment Group may update these Terms from time to time.
When a material revision requires renewed acceptance, users may be required to review and accept the revised Terms before continuing to use applicable portions of the Game.
Each version should be identified by an Effective Date and Terms Version.
31. Electronic Acceptance
Checking an applicable “I Agree” checkbox constitutes the user's affirmative electronic acknowledgment that they have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agree to them.
Acceptance boxes must not be pre-checked.
Where the application requires acceptance, the user must not be permitted to continue until affirmative acceptance has been provided.
32. Electronic Acceptance Records
Where technically supported, the application should maintain a record of acceptance including:

- Acceptance date/time
- Host or Participant role
- Host/user identifier where available
- Associated Session ID/Event Code
- Version of the Terms accepted
A materially revised Terms version may require renewed acceptance.
